Owner, Clinical Director

Marissa Dodge, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Marissa Dodge, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), is the passionate founder of Aligned ABA LLC, a practice dedicated to transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for early intervention.

With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Development from SUNY Empire State College and an M.Ed in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati, Marissa discovered her passion for ABA shortly after moving to Las Vegas, NV from Upstate NY in 2019. Her experiences as a Clinical Development Lead throughout that time shaped her commitment to creating impactful programs, training skilled technicians, and advocating for families.

At Aligned ABA, Marissa’s mission is clear: empower learners and families through individualized, high-quality care while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment. Her focus is on driving independence, advocating for needs, and ensuring every family is equipped with the resources and knowledge to succeed.
